October 2026

New Features
  • Import via Email: Give each parser a private email address and forward documents to it. PDF and image attachments from allowed senders are parsed automatically. Set it up.
  • Email Export: Get parsed results emailed as a CSV, for every document or as a daily digest, to up to 5 recipients. Set it up.
  • Google Sheets: Paste one formula into any Google Sheet to keep a live, self-refreshing copy of your parsed data, with no Google sign-in. Set it up.
  • Webhook signing secret: The secret is now shown once when you create a webhook, so you can verify the X-Signature-256 header.
Improvements
  • CSV export covers every document type (receipts, purchase orders and bank statements, not just invoices), includes your custom fields, and accepts a document_type filter.
  • Webhooks now fire for every document, including small files parsed instantly.
  • New accounts get their first parser set up during onboarding, so Integrations and the other parser tabs are there from the start.
  • The API is now served at api.lumiparser.com.
Fixes
  • Vendor names containing commas no longer shift columns in CSV exports, and values that spreadsheets would run as formulas are neutralised.
  • Fixed the interactive API reference failing to load.
  • Webhook URLs must now be public https:// addresses.

August 2026

New Features
  • Billing grace period: If a renewal payment fails or your subscription lapses, you keep full access for 7 days before anything is restricted — with a heads-up banner in the sidebar so it's never a surprise, plus a direct link to update your payment method.
  • Trial-ended experience: Once your free trial ends, previously-processed documents show a "Trial Expired" badge and their extracted data is locked until you upgrade — your original files always stay downloadable, and you can keep browsing every page normally.
Improvements
  • Actions that need a paid plan (creating a parser, saving parser settings, inviting teammates, creating an API key or webhook) now prompt an upgrade directly instead of failing silently once your trial has ended.
  • Revoking an API key is never blocked by trial or billing status — you can always kill a compromised key.
Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where a team member explicitly switching to their own personal workspace could be silently kept in a team workspace instead.
  • Fixed the Settings button in the Document Inbox doing nothing when clicked.
  • Fixed the Billing page showing "Free" for accounts with a recently-lapsed paid subscription instead of the correct plan and renewal date.

  • Public API: Parse documents programmatically with POST /v1/invoices, authenticated with an API key — plus an interactive API reference with live request examples at /docs.
  • Team workspaces: Invite teammates as Admins or Members, with seat limits based on your plan.
  • Workspace switching: Move between your own personal workspace and any team workspace you belong to from a single dropdown.
  • Uploaded By: See which team member uploaded each document, right in the Document Inbox.
  • New pricing: Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans with an annual billing option, plus an Enterprise tier.
  • Secure document previews: View uploaded PDFs and images directly in the dashboard.
  • Workspace renaming: Give your workspace a custom name, shown to teammates when they switch into it.
  • Webhooks: Register an endpoint in Workspace Settings to get notified the moment a document finishes parsing — no API calls required to set one up.
  • Pause Parser: Temporarily stop a parser from accepting new documents, from either the dashboard or the API, while you sort out a data-quality issue.
  • Re-process, rename, and download individual documents (or a whole selection at once) directly from the Document Inbox and the document viewer.
  • Reprocessed indicator: A small tag next to the status badge shows when a document has been re-processed, with the count and last-run time on hover.
Improvements
  • Name is now required at signup and editable from your Profile, so teammates appear by name instead of email.
  • Redesigned transactional emails for purchases, cancellations, and team invites.
  • Added usage and error-rate monitoring for faster incident response.
  • API key limits are now enforced per plan, matching what's shown on the pricing page.
Fixes
  • Fixed invited team members seeing their own empty workspace instead of the team's shared documents.
  • Fixed onboarding sending new users back to the onboarding flow after they'd already finished it.
  • Fixed several billing edge cases around plan cancellation and returning from the billing portal.
  • Fixed document preview failing to load for some file types.
  • Fixed document downloads (single and bulk ZIP) failing silently in the browser.
  • Fixed the Rename, Re-process, and Download options in a document's menu doing nothing when clicked.
