Integrations
Get documents into LumiParser and parsed data out to the tools you already use. Every integration is set up per parser from Parser → Integrations in the dashboard.
Import via Email
Email or forward documents to your parser's private address. Attachments are parsed automatically.
Email Export
Get parsed results by email as a CSV, for every document or as a daily digest.
Google Sheets
A live Google Sheet of your parsed data that refreshes itself. No Google sign-in needed.
Webhooks
Receive a signed POST request to your endpoint the moment a document finishes processing.
REST API
Upload documents and retrieve extracted data via our HTTP API. Works with any language or framework.
CSV Export
Download extracted data as a CSV file from the Document Inbox or via the API.
Zapier
Coming SoonConnect LumiParser to 5,000+ apps without writing code.
Make (Integromat)
Coming SoonBuild automated workflows using the LumiParser Make module.
Import via Email
Each parser can have its own private email address, such as invoices-k3m9x2qa@in.lumiparser.com. Send or forward an email with documents attached and each PDF or image is parsed, just like an upload.
- Open your parser, go to Integrations and click Configure on Import via Email.
- Click Create import address and copy it.
- Check Allowed senders. It starts with your email; add anyone else who should be able to send documents (up to 20).
- Email a document to the address, or set up an automatic forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook for supplier invoices.
- Supported attachments: PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF and WEBP, up to 10 per email. Logos and signature images inside the email body are ignored.
- Each document uses one credit, the same as an upload. Plan limits, file size limits and paused parsers apply.
- If nothing could be imported (no attachments, parser paused, monthly limit reached) we reply to the sender with the reason.
- The dialog shows the last 10 emails received and what happened to each one.
- New address replaces the address immediately; the old one stops working.
Emails from addresses that aren't on the allowed list are ignored: nothing is imported, no credits are used and no reply is sent. If you forward from a shared inbox, add the address the forward comes from.
Email Export
Send parsed results to your inbox, your bookkeeper or your accounts-payable team as a CSV attachment that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Open your parser, go to Integrations and click Configure on Email Export.
- Add up to 5 recipients, separated by commas.
- Choose Every document (one email as soon as each document is parsed) or Daily digest (one email a day with everything parsed in the last 24 hours).
- Click Send test email to check it arrives, then Save.
The email lists each document's sender, number, date and total. The CSV has every field for the parser's document type plus your custom fields. The daily digest is skipped on days when nothing was parsed.
Google Sheets
Keep a Google Sheet that always has your latest parsed documents, with no add-on and no Google sign-in.
- Open your parser, go to Integrations and click Configure on Google Sheets.
- Click Create Google Sheets link and copy the formula.
- Open a Google Sheet, click cell A1 and paste the formula. It looks like
=IMPORTDATA("https://api.lumiparser.com/v1/feeds/shf_….csv").
- The sheet shows every completed document for that parser (up to 5,000, newest first), with the same columns as the CSV export.
- Google refreshes the data about once an hour, so new documents appear on the next refresh.
- To build reports, reference the imported range from another tab rather than editing it; edits are overwritten on refresh.
Anyone with the link can read that parser's data, so share the sheet, never the link. If a link leaks, click Replace link: the old one stops working immediately and you paste the new formula into your sheet.
For developers
Use the REST API to upload documents and read results, webhooks to be notified the moment a document is parsed, and the CSV export endpoint to pull data in bulk.
